The Horned Frogs would win the series 2-1 and, in the first two games, win 25-4. Then in the third and final game of the series, the Kansas Jayhawks were able to sneak one game by a score of 2-1. While it did end their win streak, it was another series win to add the already impressive Horned Frog resume.
